FLEMINGTON, N.J. - A family court hearing in Flemington, N.J., ended on Monday with Heath and Deborah Campbell, the parents in the Baby Hitler case, unable to bring home their newborn child. Three other children with Neo-Nazi names remain in state care.

Heath Campbell and Deborah Campbell were seeking to regain custody of five-day-old son Hons, whom the Campbells said was taken by New Jersey child-care officials last Thursday, after Deborah Campbell gave birth at a local hospital.

It was unclear if the hearing involved the couple's three other children, who have been in foster care since 2009. They are named Adolf Hitler Campbell, JoyceLynn Aryan Nation Campbell and Honszlynn Hinler Jeannie Campbell.

The Campbells made national headlines in 2009 when a grocery store wouldn't put the name of their son, Adolf Hitler Campbell, on a birthday cake.

The couple claims they lost custody of baby Adolf, and the two other children, because of the Nazi origin of their names. Now, a fourth child is in state custody.

Monday's hearing was closed to the public, but Heath Campbell spoke briefly with a news crew from Fox on the way into the hearing.

Heath Campbell told us that baby Hons is still at the hospital but the couple can’t see the child.

“They kidnapped my kid,” Campbell said. “I’ve been sleeping with his little blanket from the hospital.”

He said police came into a nursery and took the child while he was going into a diaper bag.

Campbell said police didn’t have a court order to take the infant and they took the child after courts closed.

Campbell also said he couldn’t discuss the custody case involving his other three children.

“It’s 33 months and we are still fighting. It’s not right,” Campbell said. He said there were no police reports in his relationship with the previous wife, which the court cited in the custody case.

“They look at you because of what you wear. So what? I’m German. Who cares? Is that right to judge someone? Look within their heart not within the outside of them,” Campbell said.

He added that his Reverend was happy he named his latest child Hons.

"Yes, it does have to do with their names. It was brought up September 19th in the last court hearing. But I’m not really allowed to talk about that,” he said.

After the hearing, the Campbells had no comment to Fox 29 as they left court and Deborah Campbell was in tears.

A person familiar with the case at the courthouse told Fox 29 that baby Hons wasn't returning to the Campbell family on Monday.

Heath and Deborah Campbell's three small children were removed from their home in Philipsburg, N.J.,  by the state in January 2009.
