Camden County Prosecutor Warren W. Faulk and Camden Police Chief Scott Thomson confirmed another sexual assault in the city Wednesday afternoon.

Police are investigating whether this incident at Baird Boulevard and Randolph Street about 12:30 p.m. Wednesday is related to three previous incidents in the area of Baird Boulevard since mid-January.

The woman was walking when she was attacked by a man carrying a knife and directed into a secluded area off the road. She was sexually assaulted and the assailant fled.

The suspect in the first three incidents is described as a black man aged 20 to 30, standing approximately 5-feet-7-inches to six feet tall.

The three assaults in January and February were reported in the area of Farnham Park at Park Avenue and Baird Boulevard and took place between 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The attacker was described as wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt. The victims also noted he had distinctively light brown eyes. The suspect is armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information on the assaults or anyone who can identify the person in the police sketch is urged to call the hotline Camden Police have established specifically for the investigation of these assaults, (856) 757-7042.
