Fox 29 Investigates: PHA Residency II

Last month, Fox 29 Investigates revealed that the embattled Philadelphia Housing Authority has scrapped it’s hard and fast “City Residency Rule” for a handful of it’s top workers – and it did so without telling a handful of it’s top workers.

This is not sitting well with one of the Unions that represent some PHA workers.

Fox 29’s Jeff Cole reports that a local of District Council 47 argues it will not stand for some of PHA’s “top dogs” being allowed to live outside the city while it’s members can not.
