PHILADELPHIA - Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the male pictured to the left.
On Saturday, August 28th at approximately 7:47 am, witnesses contacted police and stated that Hispanic male was being punched by another Hispanic male on the parking lot of the Tower Plaza Shopping enter on the 4600 block of Roosevelt Boulevard.
The injured male fell to the ground and was struck on the back of is head. The suspect then fled with a few other unknown males.
The injured man was transported to Einstein Hospital and immediately taken into surgery. He did not have any identification on him and is currently listed as `John Doe.’
He is described as a Hispanic male, possibly named Javier, approximately 30 years old, 5’8’, husky build, light complexion, black spiked hair, wearing blue jeans and brown boots.
