PHILADELPHIA - Upper Darby police say no foul play was involved in the August death of a Drexel Hill, Pa. man found dressed in a scuba suit inside his house.

The case into death of Peter B. Stelzenmuller was closed on Wednesday.

In August, an obituary for Stelzenmuller, 49, in the Philadelphia Inquirer said Stelzenmuller was testing scuba equipment he planned to use on vacation in Mexico.

A report laster surfaced in the New York Post that Stelzenmuller was a friend of Edythe Maa, who is also known as Jade Vixen, who was described as a former dominatrix.

The Post said Maa discovered Stelzenmuller’s body in his attic.

In December 2008, Maa was allegedly abducted by an obsessed fan, David Krieg, who had killed her boyfriend, Anthony Ottaviano.
Krieg killed himself after a nine-hour standoff in West Chester, Pa., at the time, during which he abducted Maa and released her.

In September, Upper Darby police chief Michael Chitwood said Stelzenmuller’s death wasn’t ruled as suspicious in the preliminary investigation.

He did confirm Stelzenmuller was wearing a "rubber swimming suit" when he was found dead.
