PHILADELPHIA - New York police have interviewed Hailey Glassman about the ransacking and burglary of Jon Gosselin’s apartment. Glassman denied any involvement.

Jon Gosselin’s lawyer, Mark Jay Heller, told Radar Online that not only did he believe Glassman ripped up the posh apartment with a knife, but also believed Glassman would do jail time.
Glassman’s lawyer, Anand Ahuja, called the break-in and attack a publicity stunt.

Ahuja did not blame Jon Gosselin but said someone was trying to frame Hailey Glassman.
New York police confirm there is an investigation and Glassman’s attorneys said she spoke twice with police about the incident. Her parents also talked with police.
Police are said the damage was extensive. Many of his belongings were stolen, including a television, and other items were slashed or chopped up, such as clothing and furniture. An heirloom vase was shattered.
The stalker left a note for Gosselin stuck to a knife plunged into a bedroom dresser."
Gosselin, 32, lives in the apartment when he isn't visiting his children in Wernersville, Pa.
His ex-wife, Kate Gosselin, has primary custody of their eight children and ownership of the couple's $1.1 million house near Reading, Pa.
According to Us Magazine, there was $100,000 worth of damage to the apartment.
Gosselin's former girlfriend, Glassman, moved out of the apartment last week.
On her Twitter account last week, Glassman accused Gosselin of keeping her rent money and not paying his landlord before she moved out.
Jon Gosselin has not publicly commented on the situation.
