Obama's Small Business Incentive Plans

PHILADELPHIA - President Obama has proposed a plan that would give small businesses a tax credit for 100% of the money owners invest in new equipment through next year. The other part of the plan is a tax credit for research and development. The President says these tax incentives will create jobs immediately and help ignite the ailing economy.

Fox 29’s Claudia Gomez spoke to Gene Marks, a small-business owner and writer who specializes in small business and Joe Alteri President and owner of Fox Machinery in Montgomery County.
