Officer Involved Shooting In NE Philly
A Philadelphia police officer shot and critically injured a man this afternoon in North Philadelphia.
Police were called to the 1200 block of Harold Street to investigate reports that a man was acting erratically.
They say that man had a knife an lunged at the officer.
