The Special Victims Unit arrested Crawley on the 2700 block of Croskey Street on Wednesday.
She will be charged with attempt murder and related offenses.
A warrant was issued for her arrest for attempted murder on February 15th.
Investigators believe Crowley left a baby wrapped in a blankets in a cardboard box on East Lehigh Avenue last December.
The little child was taken to St. Christopher's Hospital, where she was determined to be just a few hours old, weighed 5.5 pounds, and was in good condition with no signs of injuries.
The child was found wrapped in a pinkish-peach bath towel, a brown adult-sized woman's sweater, a pink and black polka-dot bathrobe, and a red and white houndstooth blanket.
Police released photos of the infant last December in an effort to find her mother.
