Raw video obtained by Newscore, a Fox unit, shows angry Penn State students destroying a TV news truck after Joe Paterno was fired on Wednesday.

Students confronted police in State College into the early morning hours. While there were few arrests, about 400 police officers and several thousand students were on the streets and the campus.

At around 12:20 am, the university issued an official police dispersal order via Facebook, warning students to vacate downtown State College immediately.

It came after several violent scenes where protesters flipped over a media van and destroyed other property.

In the video supplied by Dan Hamilton to Newscore, students can be seen surrounding a microwave truck belonging to WTAJ-TV, a TV station based in Johnstown, Pa.

At one point, a student jumps on top of the truck as other students rock the empty truck back and forth.

The truck is flipped on its side as a huge crowd cheers and chants.

Others kicked in the windows of the toppled news van.

About 2,000 people gathered at Old Main and moved to an area called Beaver Canyon, which is in the center of town.

State police then marched in the streets but the crowds just moved away from the police.
