Retired Philly Narcotics Officer Arrested

According to a press release from the Philadelphia Police Department, on May 12, retired Philadelphia Police Officer Anthony Floyd, 46,  surrendered to Internal Affairs Investigators and was charged with terroristic threats, stalking, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and harassment.

Just a day before, on May 11, Officer Floyd retired from the department.

In February of 2010, Internal Affairs began to investigate an allegation of a domestic assault involving Floyd, who was then a member of the Narcotics Intensive Drug Investigations Unit.
