SPCA & Police Bust Cock-Fighting Ring

The SPCA and Humane Law Enforcement executed a search warrant for an alleged cock-fighting ring this afternoon on the 2900 block of N. 7th St. in North Philadelphia.
Officers have recovered approximately 20-30 birds.
Police have arrested one person and there is information they are looking for a second person of interest.
