Special Report: Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

Imagine going through something so traumatic it paralyzes your mind. Changing who you are and how you interact with others. Meet 3 people who are living with what's known as post traumatic stress disorder. They're sharing their stories because they want you to know PTSD is real and now is the time to talk about it.

There is hope PTSD is said to be treatable and curable but you need to ask for help someone who understands what you're going through. Of course the first step is to look for the signs.

If you've experienced trauma in your life or now someone who has, here are some of the symptoms of PTSD:

-Anger and irritability
-Guilt, shame or self blame
-Feelings of mistrust or betrayal
-Depression
-Physical aches and pains
-Feeling alienated and alone
