With health insurance costs rising, companies are now asking their workers to pay more for their health insurance.
The average worker is now paying 14% more this year for their coverage. Researchers found a lot of companies trying to avoid laying off employees actually went to health care to try and save money. The problem now is this is putting a bigger strain on workers already facing tough economic times.
