Partisan Judicial Elections Under Fire
PHILADELPHIA - Millions of Pennsylvanians could probably name the judges on "American Idol."
But how about the real judges they'll be called upon to select in next Tuesday's primary election?
Pennsylvania is one of only six states that chooses all of its judges through partisan elections.
