BELLMAWR, N.J. - Gov. Chris Christie is set to unveil a package of reform bills Monday.
They include stricter limits on property tax increases and a lower cap on annual raises for public workers.
Other reforms include raising the retirement age to 65 and allowing towns to opt out of civil service.
The governor is scheduled to announce his plans at a noon news conference.
