PHILADELPHIA - If Gov. Ed Rendell gets his way, you can look forward to some new taxes and fees in Pennsylvania.
Rendell isn't backing down from his push for transportation funding. He's calling on lawmakers to cut their summer break short to come up with the millions he says the state needs for highway, bridge and transit projects.
