What The 2010 Census Means Politically

PHILADELPHIA - Texas gains four U.S. House seats and Florida picks up two as a result of the latest census.
New York and Ohio each lost two seats because of the 2010 population count.
Pennsylvania and New Jersey are among the states losing one seat each.
