It's Your Dime: Federal Asset Recovery

Does a con man owe you money?  He may if you were swindled and a judge says he has to pay you back. 

Now, what do you think are your chanced of actually seeing that money?  Next to nothing, accrding to a recent study by the newspaper, USA Today.

The study hits home, the paper says. because it points out the difficulties prosecutors may face as they try to wrnagle money from scammers who cashed in during the nation's housing and financial crisis.
