Video: 'Top 5 Bad Days' For July 27

We hope you had a great start to the workweek. But if you didn't, our 'Top 5 Bad Days' list may have you thinking your day wasn't that bad!

We kick things off in Florida where a half a dozen people had a bad day thanks to a 14-foot Burmese python.

A man and his son spotted the 107-pound snake in a culvert. So they and four emergency workers wrestled the python out of there.

One wildlife expert says it's the most aggressive Burmese python he's ever seen.

The crew onboard a Southwest Airlines flight was probably a bit embarrassed after an unexpected landing because of a coffee maker.

The plane had to make the unscheduled landing when someone noticed an electrical smell.

It turns out the smell started because something touched the burner of a coffee maker.

People in a northern Kentucky neighborhood had a bad day because of a huge explosion.

The blast rocked a vacant home and sent it 20-feet into the air. A church next door had its windows blown out.

No one was hurt.

A Maine rescue department volunteer had a "monster" problem.

A monster truck driver at a race lost control of her truck and hit the man.

The volunteer fell on his back and, luckily, sank so far into the mud that only his face was showing. The truck's massive tires just missed him. He suffered only minor injuries.

But none of them could top a hydroplane racing boat driver in Washington.

His boat flipped and got tossed around like a toy boat before landing upside down.

The driver managed to get out of the boat safely. He is in the hospital, but doing just fine.
