Video: 'Top 5 Bad Days' For July 29

PHILADELPHIA - We are halfway to the weekend.

Hope it was a great day. If not, get ready for our 'Top 5 Bad Days' list.

We begin in North Texas where a man was caught on tape doing a little spring cleaning.

32-year-old Samuel Delmast was being booked for a traffic violation. But when he started licking the jail cell floor, the officer knew something wasn't quite right.

Turns out he had methamphetamine hidden in his pants and was trying to lick away the evidence.

Let's head over to Greenville, South Carolina where a 40-year-old woman was busted not for a DUI but an 'RUI.'

She was riding under the influence while on a horse.

The woman, who police say was intoxicated, said she didn't want to drive so she took the horse.

A daring rescue in Massachusetts comes in at number three.

Four people were in need of some serious help after their boat sank during a fishing tournament off Martha's Vineyard.

Hearts were pounding, but all four men were rescued and are just fine.

Police in Plain City, Utah were led on a 20-minute chase.

The person behind the wheel was a 7-year-old boy who stole the car from his dad.

The little boy drove over several lawns and through stop signs before stopping.

He told police he took the car, because he didn't want to go to church.

A Chicago woman tweeted her way to our number one spot and a lawsuit.

Amanda Bonnen is being sued by her apartment complex for complaining about a moldy building on the social networking site, Twitter.

The company found out about the tweet and is suing her for libel, saying mold was never found.

Bottom line - you may want to think before you tweet.

So who do you think had the worst day? Sound off below in our comments area!

And remember, if you had a bad day, cheer up- there's always tomorrow.
