Former Philadelphia Eagles linebackers Seth Joyner and Jeremiah Trotter are among the latest group of former NFL players to sue the league over concussions.
Trotter was a key figure on the Eagles defense in the Andy Reid era, as was Joyner in the Buddy Ryan era.
Another 62 former players filed suit in federal court in Philadelphia on Friday.
The suit says Trotter currently suffers from neurological conditions caused by concussions he received in the NFL.
The suit claims the same symptoms for Joyner and another former Eagles' player, Andy Harmon.
.
The complaint alleges fraud and negligence against the NFL and accuses the league of hiding medical evidence about the risks of concussions and failing to warn players they risked permanent brain injury if they returned to play too soon after they had sustained a concussion.
The NFL has denied similar allegations in similar lawsuits and it his hoping to consolidate all the suits in Philadelphia federal court.
