Westbrook Officially Out For Eagles Game

    PHILADELPHIA - Brian Westbrook will not play in Sunday’s game with the New York Giants, according to the Philadelphia Eagles.

    Westbrook suffered a concussion in last week’s win in Washington. He did not practice all week.

    LeSean McCoy will start in Westbrook’s place and fullback Leonard Weaver and backup Eldra Buckley will also see time at halfback.

    Sean Jones will also start at free saftey for the injured Macho Harris and defensive end Justin Babin will see extended action for the injured Victor Abiamiri.
