Pedro Feliz, whose single scored Bruntlett against Tampa, was cut last Monday by the Phillies.

Pitcher Tyler Walker was also released by the Phillies on Monday.

The moves come as the Phillies look to sign a free agent third baseman and add more infield depth.

Miguel Cairo was also released last week by the team, leaving the Phillies will no backups to Jimmy Rollins or Chase Utley.
