PHILADELPHIA - There are shocking allegations in a federal lawsuit that says the Lower Merion School District spied on its students at home through school-issued laptops' webcams.

The suit alleges this spying violated everything from the Fourth Amendment to wiretapping, electronic communications and computer fraud laws.
