Heads were certainly turning at Philadelphia's Rittenhouse
Square. It's part of the internet phenomenon called "Flash
Mobbing." That's when a group of people organize on the Internet,
quickly assemble in a public place, do something bizarre, and take
off, as Fox 29's Kerri-Lee Halkett reports.
