Posting information on social networking sites about illegal activities you are planning or are involved with can get you in big trouble.

Attorney Amy Feldman discussed the case of a local man on "Good Day." 22-year old James Gallagher, from Montgomery County, is being held on one-million dollars cash bail for announcing on Facebook "I will destroy Springfield." Feldman explained law enforcement officials, especially police and the IRS, monitor social networking sites searching for illegal activities in the works.

Feldman also discussed the importance of keeping your profile on these sites "less public." She said the number one rule is to never reveal your actual location
