Amy Feldman: Getting Out Of A Ticket

Attorney Amy Feldman has a new book to help consumers maneuver the legal system. It's called "So Sue Me.."

The book is a collection of real life legal questions. Feldman shared some of her tips and experiences on "Good Day."

Feldman said when it comes to fighting a speeding ticket use common sense. Don't argue with the police officer, plead not guilty and pay the fine on time. When you appear in court, try to talk with the officer ahead of time. Feldman said most officers do show-up and judges listen to their reccomendations.

Feldman's book answers all types of questions. Like can you be fired if you are fat? And can you be fired for questionable postings on social websites?
