Amy Feldman Discusses ESPN Sex Scandal

The production assistant involved with ESPN anchor Steve Phillips has now lost her job.

Phillips was terminated Sunday. The network determined Phillips' ability to represent the sports network had been "significantly and irreparably damaged." 22-year Brooke Hundley was fired Monday.

Attorney Amy Feldman discussed the comparison of this case with the David Letterman scandal on "Good Day."

Feldman explained the main difference is the woman involved with Letterman was older and there wasn't any "career fallout" as a result of the relationship. Feldman pointed out Hundley is 22-years old and questions are being raised about her ability to say "no" and her fears of retaliation. She called the case "very messy" for ESPN.

Feldman also discussed the confession by Mayumi Heene that she knew her young son was hiding in their home when police were searching for him. Richard Heene told police he feared his son was in a giant balloon that was released from their backyard.
