Thanksgiving Rollovers with Cranberry Dip
Ingredients:
1 Box Frozen Puff Pastry Sheets, Thawed
8 Slices Turkey
¼ Cup Stuffing
¼ Cup Mashed Potatoes
1 Cup Cranberry Sauce
Heat Oven to 400 degrees.
Lay Puff Pastry Sheets on floured cutting board. Cut sheets in
two. Layer on mashed potatoes on one end of each pastry halve.
Add a thin slice of turkey. Spoon on small mound of stuffing
and distribute evenly. Top with another thin slice of turkey. Roll
and seal stuffed pastry halves. Place on lightly greased baking
sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Dipping Sauce:
Heat Cranberry Sauce on stovetop for 3 minutes. Serve alongside Thanksgiving Rollovers.
