Fabulous Food Facials

Imagine slathering mushed bananas on your face and voila! you have a refreshed look.

Cynthia Gouw is the Host and Executive Producer, of SnapGlow.TV. Gouw told Mike and Sheinelle bananas are great for a facial because they have moisturizing properties and are very soothing for the face. And they're inexpensive.

Gouw also likes to use honey for facials. Honey is rich in natural antioxidants. She recommends leaving it on your face for about 25 minutes.

Avocadoes are also rich in antioxidants and also contains potassium. Gouw says an avocado mask can make your face look radiant. You can also mix honey in. You can apply with your hand or a brush.

Leave all these natural facials on for 25 minutes and then rinse with warm water.
