Registered dietician Deanna Segrave-Daly shared some great recipes that are perfect for the Phillies playoffs or watching the Eagles.
Segrave-Daly said chips are not off limits, you just need to choose chips with fewer ingredients. She likes Lay's Classic, Tostitos, and Fritos because they only contain three-ingredients. Segrave-Daly said it's important to understand what's in your chips. She said to look for heart healthy oils.
You should base your dips in vegetables, calcium rich foods, and even beans.
