Fit To Ride: Lower Body Boot Camp

During many work-out programs, the feet are often ignored.

In Tuesday's 'Fit To Ride' segment, John Anderson learned how to get his feet in tip top shape.

Fitness expert Scott Lance demonstrated some exercises designed to strengthen feet and toes.

Check out John doing Knuckle Squats, Lunges, and Tornadoes. Lance explained the most important part of these exercises is to do them without shoes.
