There are just five-days left until John Anderson's Lake Tahoe Ride in the fight against cancer.
On "Good Day Philadelphia," John's motivation coach, Steve Brown, offered some last minute tips for race day.
Brown says it is important to prevent what he called those "ut-oh" moments.
Brown says your training is done, don't try to cram in any last minute intense work-outs. He recommends short, light work-outs.
It can also be helpful to lay out all your gear for the race the night before.
And Brown says it can be very helpful to mentally review the event before it begins. He says to get there early and know where you are going.
