Fit To Ride: Healthy Summer Recipes

There are a few more weeks of summer left, so that means plenty of time to whip up some healthy dinners without turning on the oven.

Registered dietician Deanna Segrave-Daly shared recipes for easy and nutritious summer meals on "Good Day." Segrave-Daly calls them "no sweat meals." She recommends using lean meat, fish or seafood on the grill. If you're in the mood for a cheesesteak, try grilling sliced potatoes and lean roast beef in foil.

Pizza on the grill is easy and quick. Segrave-Daly says to brush the dough with olive oil, grill for a few minutes and then add your favorite vegetables and a little cheese. She says it's also easy to cook a cast iron pot of chili on the grill too.

Many people enjoy vegetables on the grill. Segrave-Daly says fruit is good too. Pineapple, plums, nectarines, and peaches are tasty grilled with a little butter.
