School is out but the investigation continues into the use of laptops to keep tabs on students in the Lower Merion School District.
Jennaphr Frederick caught up with defense attorney Mark Halzman Wednesday on "Good Day." He told Jenn investigators are now focusing on what is on staff laptops. "We're trying to basically double check." He said "we are trying to do a very broad analysis, looking at every picture that we can see." Halzman pointed out there are many pictures that have not been recovered "and we're concerned about that." He said an email chain suggests various people were being watched via laptop but they have not found the photos. Halzman wants to know "where are those other pictures and what happened to those pictures."
Halzman told Jen "people want to know the full extent." "Who knew what, how they knew it and parents want to know whether their kids have a picture taken out there that could be used in the future."
