PHILADELPHIA - A majority of Americans feel that the country is getting "ruder."
Scott Rasmussen explained on "Good Day" that 75 percent of those questioned believe behavior in the United States is on the decline. Rasmussen said young people are the most likely to engage in rude behavior. About 51 percent of people say they have confronted someone who is being rude in public.
When it comes to President Obama's health care reform plan, the numbers haven't changed much since July. Rasmussen said 43 percent favor the plan, while 56 percent oppose the measure.
The president's approval numbers are holding steady as well. 49 percent approve of the way President Obama is handling his job, 51 percent disapprove.
Jimmy Carter came out on top of a poll asking who is "the best post-living President" with 32 percent.
