Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell wants to build centers to house the papers of Senator Arlen Specter and the late Congressman John P. Murtha.

The governor says he will be authorizing $20 million for those projects.

With plans to lay off state workers and slash aid to public libraries, the question becomes should the governor use your tax dollars build an Arlen Specter Library?
