Report: Demi Moore At Utah Rehab Facility

(NewsCore) - Actress Demi Moore has checked into an exclusive rehabilitation center in Utah, after being hospitalized last month after allegedly smoking an illegal herb, E! Online reported Saturday, citing sources.

Moore checked into the Cirque Lodge facility the week after she was rushed to the hospital semi-conscious and convulsing on Jan. 23, a source told the entertainment website.

"She's on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people," the source said, adding that the Hollywood star was being treated for anorexia and addiction problems.

The rehabilitation facility is "located in the majestic mountain setting of Sundance, Utah" and is "considered one of the nation's finest drug treatment centers providing services for alcohol and substance abuse," according to its website.

It is believed 49-year-old Moore was smoking illegal K2 spice, a synthetic cannabis, prior to being hospitalized.

There were reports that Bruce Willis and Ashton Kutcher were spotted visiting Moore this week at her Los Angeles home. However, it is now believed Moore has spent the entire week in Utah, E! reported.

Moore announced in November that she was ending her marriage to Kutcher after six years, amid reports that her 33-year-old husband was unfaithful.

Moore and Willis were married from 1987 to 2000. The "Ghost" star previously was married to rock musician Freddy Moore from 1980-85.
