(CANVAS STAFF REPORTS) - An eccentric British billionaire playboy is offering $1 million to the first person to streak naked in front of President Obama as a publicity stunt to promote his new website.

Billionaire Alki David, a self-confessed "prankster," has promised the money to whoever manages to get naked in front of the president with "Battlecam" written on their chest while shouting "Battlecam" and has video footage for the site.

David's Battlecam site offers people money to perform and broadcast crazy stunts live through the site.

David originally offered $100,000 for the prank, but later decided to sweeten the pot.

"One million is a nice, round number and that gets people's attention a lot more," he told CNBC.com .

David claimed that he has been contacted by between 150 and 160 "serious" applicants interested in streaking naked in front of the leader of the free world.

David, an heir to a shipping and bottle plant fortune, who is reportedly worth $1.9 billion, also dabbled in the film world, producing and co-starring in the 2008 movie "The Bank Job."

David's personal life has been fodder for the British tabloids . Twice-divorced, David is now engaged to marry a 25-year-old model and swimsuit designer.

The billionaire said that he chose Obama as his target because of the president's international popularity.

"I have a huge amount of respect for the man. But in terms of promoting my product what can I say? Wrong president, wrong time," he told The Daily Telegraph .

David defended himself from criticism that he is creating a security risk for the president, telling The Daily Telegraph that the prank "is all in good fun."
