NEW CASTLE, Del. (AP) - The panel that sets Delaware's official revenue projections is meeting to update the state's financial forecast. The Delaware Economic and Financial Advisory Council meets today to revise revenue projections for the current and upcoming fiscal years.

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - A Delaware family's lawsuit is moving forward against two state Department of Corrections officials in an inmate's suicide. The lawsuit was filed against former Delaware Department of Correction Commissioner Stan Taylor and former warden Raphael Williams. It was filed by the wife and children of Christopher Barkes.

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Wilmington police say two teenagers are critically injured after they were struck by an SUV while riding motorcycles. Police say the collision occurred about 4 o'clock yesterday afternoon.

BALTIMORE (AP) - AAA says a switch to less expensive winter-blend gasoline should bring some relief to drivers for the second half of September. The auto club says the switch to cheaper fuel is scheduled for today.
