Former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky on Tuesday waived the right to a preliminary hearing into allegations he sexually abused children.

Outside court, he used a football reference to describe how he and his lawyers will proceed from here.
After an inaudible opening, a FOX microphone picked him up pledging to "to stay the course, to fight for four quarters. We'll wait the opportunity to present our side."
"And we couldn't do that today," added his defense attorney, Joseph Amendola.
