Fox 29 Investigates: DA Drops Charges Against Psychologist

In March, a Philadelphia doctor serving as a mental health director at a county prison was arrested after a confrontation with a city police officer. Now, the D.A. has dropped all charges against the doctor.

Internal affairs is still investigating allegations of brutality.
