Rowan University says it wants to increase enrollment at its Camden Campus from 500 to 1,500 students.  

Last year, the school purchased a 35,000 square foot building in the city's college and university district.  
As it turns out, an inspection was never completed.  The building has asbestos.  

What will it cost to clean up this building?  Jeff Cole investigates.
