Fox 29 Investigates: NHS Program

Northwest Human Services' Young Adult Residential Program is designed to service the needs of people in recovery.

But Fox 29 Investigates has learned the multimillion-dollar agency is undergoing an internal investigation of startling allegations.

They include claims of residents smoking marijuana and a staff member watching porn.
