More than 200 people were forced out of a Center City
high-rise apartment building overnight.
It happened at the Center City One condos on the 1300 block
of Spruce Street.
About 250 people were evacuated after a pipe broke on the
28th floor of the 30-story building.
There's no word yet on when people will be allowed back into
their homes.
