FOX 29 News co-anchor Iain Page is our Team FOX 29 captain.  His fellow anchors and reporters from the FOX 29 News and Good Day Philadelphia will join him at the Walk, so come on out and meet Iain, Kerry Barrett, Dr. Mike, Joyce Evans, Jennaphr Frederick, Karen Hepp, Steve Keeley, Chris Murphy, Dave Schratwieser, Sue Serio and Dawn Timmeney, as we fight to find a cure for blood cancers!

FOX 29 will be out at the Light The Night Walk at Eakins Oval in front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art in Philadelphia, Saturday, October 26th.  To sign up to be on the FOX 29 team that evening, click here.

If you can't join us at this one, check out one of the other Light The Night Walk events in your area:

Saturday, September 28th at Oakbourne Park in Westtown, PA

Saturday, October 12th at Frawley Stadium in Wilmington, DE

Saturday, October 19th at Bucks County Community College in Newtown, PA

The events are leisurely walks during which participants carry illuminated balloons of varied colors (white for survivors, red for supporters and gold in memory of loved ones lost to cancer). Walks attract thousands of participants of all ages and work to build a caring community that can bring light to the dark world of cancer.

Held rain or shine, the walks take less than an hour to complete but having a lasting impact on the fight against cancer. For more information and ways to participate, click here .
