Book author Robert Miller has come out with his latest book called "Portrait of Service" which showcases the journey of 100 different veterans from around the world.

2's Rich Luterman is one of the 100 veterans featured in the novel,
because of his service as a meteorologist in Operation Desert Storm.
Each veteran has a different perspective on how serving their country
has changed their life.
