    Jasmine Moore should be getting ready to celebrate her 15th birthday Sunday. Instead she and several relatives are nursing burn wounds they suffered after fire ripped through their Cobbs Creek home.
    A critically injured child along with her relatives are recovering at CHOP after an early morning fire. They say if not for a quick thinking family member things could have been a lot worse.

    A blustery and chilly start to Memorial Day weekend! It stays windy tonight but clouds slowly clear out as low pressure towards our north departs.

    We will see much more sunshine Sunday with a little less wind and warmer high temperatures around 70 degrees.

    Back to normal by Memorial Day with high temps in the mid 70s -- it will be a beautiful holiday!

In Chester, Delaware County, three people were shot in justa matter of minutes.

The gunfire started just after 2 p.m. on the 1100 block of CulhaneStreet. That's where a 17-year-old boy was shot and another victim was droppedoff at the hospital. Both are in stable condition.

Then, about 20 minutes later, on the 400 block of Rose Streeta 13-year-old boy was hit by a bullet as he left his house to help hisgrandfather wash cars. The was out of the hospital by Saturday night.

Police are looking for the gunmen in both shootings. Theydon't think they are related.
