Priest-Abuse Trial Jury Has Conspiracy Questions

Posted: Updated:
PHILADELPHIA -

We're getting a glimpse at what the jury in the priest abuse trial in Philadelphia is debating during deliberations.

During the second day of deliberations Monday, jurors asked for clarification on the conspiracy charge against Monsignor William Lynn.

Lynn is accused of intentionally keeping priest-predators in the church.

And the jury wanted to know if Lynn had to conspire with both a priest and other officials in the church, or just one party.

Jurors also asked for clarification on the attempted rape charge against Rev. James Brennan, Lynn's only co-defendant.
